Dave is a Brooksville native who has been in Real Estate since 2010. After high school he joined the Army and has spent the last 14 years in Special Forces as a Green Beret. He is a Silver Star recipient and amputee who has specialized in helping other service members, veterans, and their friends and families with their real estate needs. He applies the same work ethic and determination to real estate and his clients that made him successful in Special Forces. He is the founder of Dave Smith Veterans Foundation that is dedicated to giving back to the veteran community and donates part of every commission he makes.
